    <title>You Are What You Eat </title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been going &quot;Vegan&quot; for three days now. &amp;nbsp;I NEVER thought I would ever try that; I am so not that type of Yogi! &amp;nbsp;However, I have a private client who is a Vegan. &amp;nbsp;She is also perfect, as you can see. &amp;nbsp;One day I asked her, &quot;So, what CAN you eat?&quot; &amp;nbsp;She gave me a long list of stuff I had never even heard of. &amp;nbsp;Leading the list was Quinoa. &amp;nbsp;It is a &lt;em&gt;very&lt;/em&gt; healthy alternative to rice. &amp;nbsp;I am easing into this, so I make it with chicken broth, swiss chard, Rombauer chardonnay, kale and mushrooms.&lt;/p&gt;
