OK, so I teach yoga and I am getting certified for Pilates and I have an adorable puppy.  I love to hike and walk and do yoga.  Madison Avenue likes all of the above too.  She naturally does a down dog immediately followed by a half-assed up dog EVERY morning as soon as she wakes up.  She wakes up precisely at 8 am, no matter what.  She is the most lovable, high energy, bossy, spoiled little brat imaginable.  We do yoga together on our YogaForce A-Line Mats, and she LOVES it!
